About Me
Hi, many of you who have been patients of my father know me as Katie, as we are starting this journey now as a fresh clean start especially now since my amazing dad passed away in February let’s make this slimming program a success, he always believed that what you eat was linked to a healthy living and health. as I have taken some time to come to terms with such a major loss in our family dynamics, I came to learn who I am and have always been, I came out as none-binary and haven’t looked back, I can now look in the mirror which I have never felt comfortable doing I am slowly getting used to the new me and I have started using my new name Neo haven’t officially changed my name yet that’s the next step which I am really excited about, I am still currently a web-designer Actor, Writer and producer. When I’m not spending time with all my above jobs, I love writing about my fascination with food, adventure, and living a healthy and organized life! which put me in a good place to take over the role of keeping this community up to date.

My daily planner
My planner is one of those simple ring binder journals you can pick up from any stationery supplies store. White paper. No ruled lines to cage my venturesome handwriting and doodling. I’m an obsessive note-taker and fill pages to the margins with to do lists, rough sketches, and ideas for blog posts.

Who me? Organized? But I do find it hard to keep track of our weekly schedule. You know: Dieting, grocery shopping, tidying up, remembering appointments and so on. Fortunately, in this house. No one person does everything.
