There’s a new Captain America in Marvel’s The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and fans have been expressing their disapproval with memes.

After seeing a glimpse of him in episode one, fans got to see the new Captain America in more detail in last night’s episode of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.

Steve Rogers, played by actor Chris Evans, retired as Captain America at the end of Avengers: Endgame, and the shield has now been given to a soldier called John Walker, played by Wyatt Russell.

However, John Walker hasn’t been accepted very well by Captain America fans who think Chris Evans was irreplaceable, and they’ve ben taking to Twitter to react.
